- 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 kiwi
- 2 Tbsp coconut
