Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup almond milk
Toppings
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 kiwi
- 2 Tbsp coconut
Instructions
- Place ingredients in blender, blend on high until smooth
- Top with favorite toppings
Notes
Start with 1/4 cup almond milk (or liquid of choice), add more as necessary until smooth.
Less liquid = thicker smoothie!

Frozen riced cauliflower! Now before judging, I swear you CANNOT even taste it. Frozen cauliflower is literally tasteless. It adds the perfect texture and also beefs up the volume of your smoothie. I use a frozen banana too. One last secret, when adding the fluid, like almond milk – add a little bit at a time. This will prevent it from getting too watery and keeps your smoothie nice and thick!
