There are no ‘quick fixes’ when it comes to healthy eating. A healthy diet is not about calorie counting, fad diets or restrictive eating patterns. Good nutrition is about understanding the basic principles of nutrition, learning how to eat a balanced diet and how to form heathy habits to produce long lasting results.
