My passion is nutrition and my hobby is fitness. I believe good nutrition does not revolve around calorie counting or restrictive dieting. Nor does it have to be boring or mundane. Good nutrition is about feeling comfortable in your own skin, feeling healthy on the inside and outside. It requires knowledge of how to eat and the power of nourishing our bodies with proper nutrition.
When I am not reading nutrition research, you can find me in the kitchen crafting new recipes.
