Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 Tbsp coconut

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients in blender, blend on high until smooth
  • Top with favorite toppings

Notes

Start with 1/4 cup almond milk (or liquid of choice), add more as necessary until smooth.
Less liquid = thicker smoothie!
